Andrew has been practicing architecture in New York City and the surrounding area since 2011. He is a member of the AIA New York Chapter, the IIBEC (formerly RCI), and volunteers with the ACE Mentorship Program. He is also a Founding Member of the New York City Football Club, and an Eagle Scout.

Marek has been practicing architecture in New York City and the surrounding area since 2013. He has led several complex multi-disciplinary projects and brings a strong technical knowledge to deliver efficient solutions with the end user in mind. He is a member of the AIA New York Chapter and a proud parent of his Australian Labradoodle, Sir Watson.

Orion is a native New Yorker and has been practicing architectural restoration in New York City since 2018. She enjoys solving problems with the integration of new technology. She currently serves as the Council Chair on the New York City Chapter Board of the National Women in Roofing, whose mission is to empower women in the roofing industry through mentorship, education, networking, and industry recruitment.

Jessica has been practicing architecture focused on the preservation and restoration of enclosures in New York City since 2011. She has led numerous projects focused on a wide variety of building exteriors ranging from historic ornamental masonry to cutting edge curtain wall systems. She is a Director of the IIBEC (International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants) Metro NY Chapter, where she also serves as the Chair of the Mentorship/Philanthropy Committee. She is the former Chair of NWIR (National Women in Roofing) NYC Council and is currently leading Metro Mentors, a mentorship initiative that connects industry professionals and advocates for mutual growth through mentor-mentee relationships.

Kelly has been practicing architecture in New York City since 2022, where she specializes in historic preservation and restoration. She is committed to honoring architectural history while exploring innovative design solutions, and remains dedicated to continuous growth and development, both personally and professionally. Her passions include painting, writing music, training for races, and practicing yoga.

Reneah has been practicing architecture specifically tailored to building envelopes in New York City since 2024. Winner of the METROPOLIS Future 100 Award, she is a designer who views drawing as both a craft and a way of understanding how buildings function. Outside of the office, she enjoys watching films, reading, and tending to her ever-growing collection of house plants.

Alex has been practicing architecture in New York City and the surrounding area since 2023. Prior to his graduate program in architecture, he studied carpentry and practiced cabinetmaking in Boston. As a Certified Passivehaus Consultant, he also consults on high-performance building designs in addition to serving as the company's Director of Finance. He draws inspiration from traveling the world, and is committed to advancing a more resilient, sustainable, and architecturally rich urban environment.
